Warranty Policy

Every electronic device purchased from Gadget N Gadget (GNG) is backed by either an official brand warranty or a GNG service warranty structure to guarantee complete operational reliability.

1. Types of Warranty Offered

We classify product warranties into two categories:

  • Official Brand Warranty: Serviced directly by brand authorized service points in Bangladesh (e.g. Apple, Samsung, Xiaomi). Warranty parameters match brand booklets.
  • GNG Service Warranty: Serviced by Gadget N Gadget technical experts. Covers manufacturing failures, technical glitches, and software adjustments.

2. Exclusions & Limitations

The warranty is immediately voided in case of:

  • Physical screen cracking, internal panel damage, denting, or housing alignment bends.
  • Liquid ingress, water logs, or corrosion marks on motherboard ports.
  • Unauthorized device modifications, jailbreaking, custom ROM flash fails, or custom hardware modifications.
  • Usage of incompatible charging bricks, leading to IC failures or power surges.

3. Claim Procedures

To file a warranty claim, please bring the product along with the original purchase receipt and matching box packaging to our physical outlet. The diagnostic checkup and repair window ranges between 7 to 10 working days.

4. Shipping Costs

For customers outside Dhaka, shipping expenses required to transport the device to and from our service location must be covered by the user.
