We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Gadget N Gadget. If you are not entirely satisfied with your item, we are here to help. Our refund and return policy is structured to be transparent and fair for all new and pre-owned products.

1. Return & Replacement Window

Customers are eligible for a replacement or refund under the following timelines:

  • 7-Day Replacement Warranty: Available for manufacturing defects, hardware failure, or wrong product delivery states.
  • 3-Day Refund Option: If you change your mind, new/sealed items can be returned within 3 days for a refund (subject to a restock fee).

2. Product Condition Criteria

To be eligible for a return or refund, your item must meet these criteria:

  • New products must be in their original, unopened, and sealed box packaging.
  • Pre-owned products must match the diagnostic condition report, serial number, and contain all warranty paperwork / boxes sent initially.
  • Free promotional gifts or bundled components received with the purchase must be returned together.

3. Warranty Claim Process

Certain products include additional warranty options (e.g., brand warranty, GNG service warranty). If an item fails during the warranty coverage period, claims must be processed through local service centers. Contact customer service for warranty checkups and instructions.

4. Refund Processing & Timelines

Once we receive your returned item, our quality assurance team will inspect it. We will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be initiated to your original payment method (Mobile Banking, Bank Transfer, or Credit Card), processing within 5 to 7 working days.

5. Exclusions

Software licenses, physical damage (cracked screens, dented bezels, water logs), and items altered without authorization are strictly excluded from refunds and warranty claims.
