Exchange & Return Policy

We offer a straightforward exchange program for upgrading older gadgets alongside standard replacement rights if you receive items with factory defects.
1. 7-Day Replacement Terms
If an item carries a factory defect or works incorrectly upon arrival, you can request an exchange within 7 days of purchase. The product must be returned with its original boxed contents, tags, accessories, and promotional gifts.
2. Device Exchange Upgrade Program
GNG permits trade-ins where you can upgrade your device to another model:
- Our technical assessment unit will evaluate the cosmetic grade, battery performance, and screen condition of your current device.
- A trade-in valuation quote will be provided.
- You pay the difference to claim the upgraded new or pre-owned device from GNG.
3. Condition Restrictions
New/sealed boxed items returned for change-of-mind exchanges must remain unopened and undamaged. The product seal must be fully intact. Opened items are not eligible for exchange unless they suffer from verified factory faults.
4. Restocking Surcharges
Exchanging opened boxes or items returned under change-of-mind clauses (where allowed) may attract a 10% restocking charge to cover technical diagnostics and item re-grading.
