Delivery Policy

We strive to dispatch and deliver your ordered gadgets quickly and safely. We partner with reputable courier networks to ensure swift transit throughout Bangladesh.

1. Delivery Zones & Timelines

Delivery durations vary based on regional zones:

Inside Dhaka: Orders are delivered within 24 to 48 hours.
Dhaka Suburbs: Delivered within 48 to 72 hours.
Outside Dhaka: Shipped via Pathao, Steadfast, or Sundarban, delivering within 3 to 5 working days.

2. Delivery Charges

Standard delivery charge rates apply as follows:

Inside Dhaka City Corporation: Flat ৳80.
Dhaka Suburbs & Outskirts: Flat ৳100.
Outside Dhaka (Nationwide): Flat ৳150.

3. Package Inspection Rule

We strongly advise customers to inspect the parcel seal and contents in front of the delivery agent. If the package security tape has been broken, or the device appears physically damaged or incorrect, please do not accept the package and notify customer support immediately.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD) Limits

Cash on Delivery is supported up to ৳50,000. Orders exceeding this limit require a partial advance deposit (or full digital payment checkout) to secure processing.
