1. Diagnostic Testing & Grades

Every pre-owned product undergoes a rigorous 30-point technical checkup. Devices are categorized into structural condition grades:

Like New (Grade A+): Impeccable cosmetic condition. No visible scratches or panel dents. 100% operational hardware.
Excellent (Grade A): Extremely minor cosmetic micro-scratches. Display is fully clean.
Good (Grade B): Mild sign of usage. 100% functional and certified safe battery conditions.

2. Warranty Protection

To give you absolute peace of mind, all GNG Certified Pre-Owned devices include:

A 7-day replacement warranty if the hardware functions fail.
A 1-year service warranty (parts replacement costs billed separately, service is fully free).

3. Box & Accessories Included

Pre-owned devices are shipped with a generic GNG packaging box, an compatible high-quality charging cable, and a custom diagnostic checklist signed by GNG testing engineers.

4. Authenticity Guarantee
